About me

Hi, I'm Philip Sibly, known online under "Cheesus Almighty", welcome to my corner of the internet. If you're a potential employer, you'll probably want to look at my CV, Which can be found at this link.

With the formal out the way, I'm a 21 YO guy from North-East England. I enjoy writing, art, making games, playing games, and socialising online through Reddit, Imgur, Twitch or Discord.

I've studied Games Development and related subjects at A-level for 3 years after school, and learned a great deal about them in that time. From the behind the scene's development processes and techniques to the theory and studies committed to the medium in it's relatively brief lifetime. I also did some extra curricular stuff while I was there, taking a work placement with a college owned animation company for about a year under my tutor's guidance.

As of now I'm a volunteer shopkeep while I look for something more financially stable. Whilst I love the people I work with and I'm happy working just to keep a schedule going, in the end it ain't gonna pay my bill's.

Preferences, For games I play everthing and anything I can get my hands on. Some favorites would be the Souls franchise, Castlevania Franchise, Fire Emblem Franchise, and League of Legends. I have played way too many game's for me to keep track of, and been following the industry for so long if you ask about a game, there's a good chance I've heard of it. I don't watch a whole lot of television, did a little when I was a kid, but spend more time gaming or socialising than that. I listen to a lot of weird music, a lot of metal and subbranches of it, particularly symphonic and classic heavy metal, Favorites would be Iron Maiden and Within Temptation. Doesn't stop there however, I also listen to a lot of softer classical music, particularly modern violinist's Lindsey Stirling and Taylor Davis. Alongside some foreign band's from completely different genre's, Babymetal and Vixx are more pop music, though my favorites of theirs still have root's in metal conventions.

If you wish to get in touch with me, drop an email to philipsibly@gmail.com and I'll try to respond as soon as possible.
